360° Evaluation Event | Bruges, Belgium | 14–16 September 2026
From 14 to 16 September 2026, the EU-SIDE consortium will organise a three-day 360° Evaluation Event in Bruges, Belgium, bringing together teachers, teacher educators, SAP participants, educational experts, school leaders, and a broad range of educational stakeholders.
The event forms an important milestone within the EU-SIDE project and aims to evaluate both the practical implementation and the impact of the project’s social innovation approach in education.
A 360-degree evaluation is a multi-source feedback methodology that provides a holistic perspective on professional competencies and practices. By integrating feedback from different stakeholders and participants, the approach supports reflective learning, professional growth, and collaborative improvement processes. Within educational contexts, this methodology contributes to a deeper understanding of teaching quality, leadership, and innovation capacity.
During the event, participants will work collaboratively on:
- evaluating teachers’ competences in promoting social innovation competence;
- evaluating the EU-SIDE competence framework;
- assessing the impact and quality of the training received;
- evaluating the pedagogical design principles developed within the project;
- launching the EU-SIDE eTwinning space.
The evaluation process will include structured feedback activities, collaborative reflection sessions, and opportunities for dialogue between educational practitioners and stakeholders from different sectors and countries.
By involving multiple perspectives, the event aims to strengthen the relevance, quality, and sustainability of the EU-SIDE project outcomes while fostering a culture of continuous professional learning and innovation in education.
